Need Refund and Confirmation of BetterMe Subscription Cancelation

I bought a one-week plan from the BetterMe app and decided to cancel my subscription within that same week. Unfortunately, without my consent, my card was charged 420 TL at the end of the month. I would like to request a refund and I would appreciate it if you could confirm that my subscription has been completely canceled. Regrettably, there is no customer service number provided to assist with this matter. I require assistance in resolving this issue.

"Thank you for processing my refund. Subscription renewals should definitely continue with approval, as automatic billing is not a correct practice; money was withdrawn from my card even though I canceled. This is just my humble opinion, thank you."
