BetterMe Charged Me Monthly Without Consent After One-Week Plan


I bought a one-week plan from the BetterMe app and decided to cancel my subscription within that same week. Unfortunately, without my consent, my card was charged 420 TL at the end of the month. I would like to request a refund and I would appreciate it if you could confirm that my subscription has been completely canceled.
