BetterMe Charged My Card After Canceling Free Trial – No Support for Refund

I downloaded the BetterMe app and started a free trial. Before the trial period ended, I canceled my subscription and never used the app again. However, when I checked my credit card statement, I noticed that since September, I have been charged 350₺ per month without my consent.

I tried to find a customer support number to request a refund and cancel the charges, but there is no phone number or email available to contact BetterMe. This is extremely frustrating, as I never agreed to these continued payments.

I demand an immediate refund for all unauthorized charges and a permanent cancellation of any linked subscription. BetterMe must take action and resolve this issue as soon as possible!
