IKEA Refused My Return Shipment After Sending Me Broken Replacement Products

On March 24, 2026, I ordered a Runmarök brand plastic cabinet with the order number 412403265906846. The order was delivered to my address, but the product arrived damaged with broken parts. Because of this, I requested a replacement. The replacement process was completed and a new product was sent to me. However, I discovered that the replacement product was also damaged and broken in the same way.
For this reason, I contacted IKEA customer service again and started a return process. On April 21, 2026, I shipped the product back through Yurtiçi Kargo using the return shipping code 925BBA9A3E2D4 that had been sent to me by email from IKEA.
However, the package was not accepted by the destination address, which was the IKEA Ankara store. According to the shipping information, the package was rejected with the statement: “Recipient Did Not Accept (Due to Fee, Product Cost, Missing Delivery Note/Invoice, etc.)” and was returned back through the shipping company.
I continue calling customer service, but every time I am told that the issue will be handled, and nobody ever follows up with me. I shipped the product back exactly as instructed using the official return code provided by IKEA, yet the return shipment was refused.
I want to know the exact reason why my return package was not accepted. I simply want to return the damaged product and receive a full refund for the amount I paid.
