I downloaded the BetterMe app and subscribed for only one month. However, after my one-month subscription ended, the app started charging ₺234 from my card every month without my authorization.

I have tried to find a contact number to request a refund and cancel the subscription, but I could not locate any reliable support options. This lack of communication makes the situation even more frustrating.

I demand an immediate refund for all unauthorized charges and the cancellation of my subscription. The amount pending in the provision must also be refunded promptly. BetterMe should provide clear and accessible support for users facing such issues. Please address this matter urgently!
