IKEA Gave Me a One-Week Wait for Hemnes Bed Assembly Service
Today, I purchased a Hemnes daybed from IKEA, and when I requested an assembly appointment, I was given a date of May 8 for the installation service. Even though I live in Darıca, Kocaeli, I find it unreasonable and insufficient from a customer satisfaction standpoint to be given approximately a one-week waiting period for assembly.
When I contacted customer service, I was told that they could not move the appointment to an earlier date and that there was nothing they could do about it. I want to be able to use the product I purchased within a reasonable amount of time, and being forced to wait this long for assembly is creating serious inconvenience for me.
I request that IKEA, if possible, arrange for the assembly team to come on an earlier date and improve these excessively long assembly appointment wait times in a way that does not leave customers frustrated and unable to use the products they purchased. My order number is 132704263226376.
