Unauthorized Charges on BetterMe
The Betterme app has completely betrayed me. They had the audacity to falsely advertise a service fee of only 8 TL, but much to my dismay and without any regard for my consent, they heartlessly deducted a whopping 215 TL from my account. It's not just me; many people have unfortunately experienced unauthorized charges. There's absolutely no complaint hotline available, and even if you try to contact them via email, you won't receive any response whatsoever. I am absolutely furious and demand an immediate resolution to my grievance, or else I will be forced to explore alternative avenues.
