Struggling with BetterMe Membership Cancellation

Due to the complexities of the process, my efforts to cancel my BetterMe membership have been futile thus far. What was supposed to be a one-month free trial of an app has turned into months in which I have not used it, despite the fact that they continue to deduct 115 tl from my credit card. Despite the fact that I deleted the app from my device and sent an email requesting cancellation, I am still being charged the monthly subscription fee. Please discontinue the recurring charges on my credit card. It's upsetting to see what was supposed to be a one-month trial turn into an ongoing subscription without the customer's knowledge.
