Duplicate BetterMe Charges After Instagram Trial — Need Refund

63I purchased a one-week trial of the BetterMe app through an Instagram advertisement. However, within the same month, two separate charges of $8 were withdrawn from my account without any notice or authorization.
The first charge occurred on October 8, 2025, and the second on October 30, 2025, both from my Akbank credit card ending in 0940. I did not receive any invoice or confirmation email after the purchase.
I sent an email to BetterMe customer support requesting assistance, but I have not received any response so far.
As a student, I am having difficulty covering this cost, and I request that the total amount of $17 charged twice be refunded to me.
I kindly ask that this issue be resolved as soon as possible.
