Canceled BetterMe Subscription Still Charging My Card — How Do I Get a Refund?
I’m filing a complaint regarding an unauthorized billing issue I experienced with the BetterMe app. I canceled my subscription through the App Store on September 16, 2025, and expected the membership to end normally. However, on November 13, 2025, at 09:16 a.m., two separate charges were withdrawn from my account — approximately $34 and $24. These payments were taken from my card ending in 2615.
I was unable to find any customer service phone number for BetterMe, so I couldn’t get any support. The invoice/receipt numbers associated with these charges are 251538664 and 2515374493.
Even though I canceled my subscription on time, money was still taken from my account, and I do not accept these unauthorized charges. I am requesting a full refund of the amounts that were wrongfully withdrawn as soon as possible.
