Unapproved BetterMe Subscription Charges Despite No Active Membership

Between May 2025 and November 2025, a total of 2,450 TL was withdrawn from my İşbank credit card by the BetterMe app without my permission every month. The app requested my card details under the claim of a “7-day free trial,” but after that, no notification, email, or confirmation was ever sent. Despite not receiving any service and not having an active subscription, BetterMe continued to charge my card for seven months.

These unauthorized charges constitute unauthorized billing, unfair commercial practice, misleading the consumer, and unauthorized payment processing under international regulations. I demand a full refund of the total amount withdrawn from my card and the immediate resolution of this issue.
