BetterMe Fitness Trial Led to Monthly Charges — Refund Request for Unauthorized Payments

In September 2025, I purchased a one-time trial from the BetterMe Fitness app and paid $4. However, without my knowledge, I discovered today that $8 was withdrawn from my account each month. In October and November, two such charges were taken. I never used the app and I did not start any subscription.

I emailed today to cancel, but I have not received any response yet.

The email address I used at registration is ayl……[email protected], and I paid with my bank card. I can provide bank receipts if needed. Unfortunately, I couldn’t find any other way to reach customer service.

I request that my subscription be canceled immediately and that all charges withdrawn without my consent be refunded to me.
