I have been using the BetterMe app on my iOS device, and even though I never purchased a paid subscription, the app has charged my account six times between May and October 2025. The withdrawals occurred on April 27, May 29, June 22, July 20, August 17, September 16, and October 12, 2025. The first two charges were ₺350 each, followed by ₺378 for three months and ₺376 for one month — totaling approximately ₺2,210 in unauthorized payments.
No active subscription appears under my App Store Subscriptions, and I’ve only ever logged in with my own Apple ID. I have not used any other devices or accounts. I only accepted a 28-day trial, which included a ₺179 charge that I approved. However, I did not authorize any subsequent monthly plans or payments. After that trial, I stopped using the app (though I didn’t delete it). All these payments were made through my ING Bank debit card, and I have payment receipts to prove them.
Since I never initiated or approved a paid membership, and no subscription is visible in my account, I reject these unauthorized charges. I am requesting a full refund of all amounts withdrawn without my consent.
