About a month ago, I signed up for the BetterMe app through the App Store with a discounted membership. On October 6, 2025, I paid $3.50 to start my membership, but I was only able to open the app once or twice and never completed any workouts. I have not used the program at all.

Then, on November 3, 2025, another $8 was withdrawn from my account without any prior notice. Even though I had turned off the auto-renewal option, this charge was still made, which caused me financial inconvenience. Moreover, I wasn’t able to use the app in return for either of the payments I made.

I am requesting that my membership be completely canceled and that both payments be refunded to me since I never used the service. The email address I used for the subscription is k***.s***@hotmail.com. I kindly ask for a prompt resolution of this issue.
