How to Stop BetterMe Charges After Subscription Cancellation

Despite canceling my BetterMe subscription, the company continues to charge my card. I had previously accepted charges, assuming the issue would be resolved with the subscription cancellation I initiated. However, on November 12, 2024, an unauthorized charge of ₺115.64 was taken from my account.

I am requesting an immediate refund for this charge. If my issue is not resolved promptly, I will escalate the matter to the Consumer Court. It is unacceptable for a service to disregard cancellation requests and keep charging customers without consent. I expect this matter to be addressed urgently and the refund to be processed without delay.
