BetterMe Renewed My Subscription Unexpectedly

On August 20, 2024, I purchased a one-month BetterMe subscription and canceled it afterward. Despite this, the company reactivated my subscription without my consent, charging ₺350 from my card for three consecutive months.

This unauthorized action is completely unacceptable. I demand immediate contact from BetterMe and a full refund for all unauthorized charges. I did not agree to this renewal, and the company must take responsibility for their actions. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will escalate the matter further. BetterMe must act now to refund my money and ensure that such practices do not continue.
