BetterMe Charged ₺350 Repeatedly Without Notice – Demanding Refund

I initially purchased a one-month subscription to BetterMe, but I was shocked to see multiple unauthorized charges of ₺350 on my card without any prior notification. This is unacceptable and completely unethical.

I have already canceled my subscription, but these charges should never have happened in the first place. If my refund is not processed immediately, I will take legal action to resolve this matter. How can such charges be made without informing your users?

If I hadn’t reviewed my card statements, I wouldn’t have noticed these deductions. This feels like a clear exploitation of your customers. I demand an immediate refund and a thorough explanation for this behavior. BetterMe must address this issue urgently.

Hello, Better Me charged me 350 TL for two months in addition to my one-month trial fee of 179 TL. Upon my complaint, they refunded 350 TL, but I also want the payment from the previous month.
