BetterMe Refuses Refund for Pilates Program—I Want to Use My Right to Cancel

On the same day I purchased the BetterMe Pilates program, I requested a subscription cancellation and a refund. The cancellation was processed, but in the email I received, it stated:
“For monthly or longer subscription periods: Please send an in-app screenshot showing that you have completed at least 7 consecutive workout sessions or other activities.”
They informed me that I must meet this condition to qualify for a refund. However, I do not intend to use the app, and I do not accept this requirement.
As a consumer, I am aware that I have a 14-day right of withdrawal without any conditions. Therefore, I am requesting a full refund of the payment I made, without being required to complete any activities. I kindly ask that this issue be resolved as soon as possible.
