I downloaded the BetterMe app only once to test it out. I never actively used it, I did not benefit from any of its content, and I never agreed to continue with a paid subscription. Despite this, BetterMe charged me for a subscription fee without my knowledge or consent.

It is completely unfair to force customers to pay for a service they never used. I did not approve or authorize this payment, and it clearly violates my consumer rights. My registered email is Erce**@gmail.com**.

I demand a full refund of the unauthorized subscription fee immediately. BetterMe should also take steps to ensure that users are not charged without explicit confirmation, as unexpected charges like this damage trust in the platform.

I expect this issue to be resolved quickly and for BetterMe to confirm that no further unauthorized charges will be applied to my account.

Hello BetterMe Team, I regret to state that I have not yet received any refund regarding my refund request that I previously communicated to you. This situation is causing me to experience victimization as a consumer. My request is clear: I want the full amount in question to be refunded to me. Being forced to pay for a service I did not use is against the law. If my refund request is not fulfilled as soon as possible, I want you to know that I will proceed with this process by initiating a chargeback through my bank and by applying to the Consumer Arbitration Committee.
