I downloaded the BetterMe app only once to test it out. I never actively used it, I did not benefit from any of its content, and I never agreed to continue with a paid subscription. Despite this, BetterMe charged me for a subscription fee without my knowledge or consent.
It is completely unfair to force customers to pay for a service they never used. I did not approve or authorize this payment, and it clearly violates my consumer rights. My registered email is Erce**@gmail.com**.
I demand a full refund of the unauthorized subscription fee immediately. BetterMe should also take steps to ensure that users are not charged without explicit confirmation, as unexpected charges like this damage trust in the platform.
I expect this issue to be resolved quickly and for BetterMe to confirm that no further unauthorized charges will be applied to my account.
