I signed up for BetterMe after seeing their online promotional page, but quickly realized the app wasn’t suitable for me. I used it for only a month and made sure to cancel my subscription before the renewal date.

Despite canceling on time, the company still charged my account without my consent. This is clearly an unauthorized transaction, and I consider it completely unfair. If a user cancels before renewal, they shouldn’t be charged—period.

I’m requesting a full refund of the amount that was wrongfully withdrawn, and I expect a prompt response from BetterMe. I urge the company to review their billing system and take responsibility. Please resolve my issue immediately.
