I’m shocked and furious. I canceled my BetterMe subscription years ago and haven’t had the app installed on my phone since. Yet when I recently reviewed my credit card statements, I discovered that they’ve been charging me continuously all this time—without my knowledge or consent.

This is not just an oversight—this is unauthorized use of my payment information. I never received any email notices, billing alerts, or reminders about an ongoing subscription. It feels like the company quietly continued billing me, hoping I wouldn’t notice.

I demand a full refund for every unauthorized payment made since my cancellation. This kind of shady behavior is completely unacceptable, and I plan to take all legal actions necessary to recover my money and hold BetterMe accountable.

BetterMe, you must immediately stop the charges, cancel any hidden subscriptions, and return the money you wrongly took.
