Even though I canceled my BetterMe subscription, I was still charged this month. I would like an explanation as to why money was taken from my account after I had already canceled the subscription.

I am requesting a refund for this charge. My subscription was linked to the email address t***@gmail.com. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.
