BetterMe Keeps Charging Monthly Even After I Canceled My Subscription on App Store


I want to report a serious subscription cancellation issue with the BetterMe app. Two months ago, I canceled my subscription through the app and also sent an email to customer service to confirm the cancellation. Despite following every step correctly, BetterMe has continued charging my credit card ₺350 each month, totaling ₺700 so far, and the charges are still ongoing.
I used my registered email address (****@gmail.com) for all communications but have received no response, and my subscription has not been terminated. My subscription was originally purchased via the iOS platform.
I am requesting a full refund of all unauthorized charges and the immediate termination of my subscription to prevent any further payments. This issue needs urgent resolution.
