BetterMe Charged Me After Membership Cancellation, No Response from Support

I subscribed to a 1-month paid membership on BetterMe and canceled it afterward, yet I was still charged for the following month. Despite reporting the issue, I haven't received a proper resolution. I even contacted their support email, but there's been no response. Instead, they continue trying to sell me more membership plans. This is unacceptable, and I expect BetterMe to refund the unauthorized charges and stop these unnecessary sales attempts.
