I signed up for a 1-month subscription to BetterMe, but they’ve been charging my card for several months without my consent. I will be pursuing all necessary complaints regarding these unauthorized charges and will not let this go unchecked. There are numerous complaints about this issue, and it seems like nothing has been resolved.

I’ve sent multiple emails, but no changes have been made, and the charges continue. I demand a full refund for these unauthorized payments and expect immediate action to rectify this matter.
