BetterMe Still Charges My Account Months After the Cancelation

I canceled my subscription months ago on the BetterMe app, it also disappeared from my subscriptions. So, I thought I was fine. But the service still charged my account for the last months I did not use the service. As others wrote on here, I expect a full refund for these charges. This is unacceptable especially since the support mail does not respond to any of my complaints.
