I deleted the BetterMe app months ago and have not used the service since. I never signed up for any recurring subscription, and I made sure to remove any active billing settings at the time of deletion.
However, to my shock, ₺770 was charged to my account today by BetterMe without any notice, confirmation, or consent. I have no active subscription, and this is a completely unauthorized withdrawal from my bank account.
This is unauthorized billing and violates basic consumer rights. I demand a full and immediate refund of the ₺770 charge. If I do not receive a proper response and resolution promptly, I will be forced to file complaints with:
My bank (for a chargeback),
Consumer protection agencies,
And escalate legally if needed.
I have supporting documents and bank statements ready to prove my claim. Please provide a direct contact or email address where I can send these documents.
BetterMe must investigate and stop charging users without consent. I expect a formal explanation and resolution as soon as possible.
