I purchased a single trial package from BetterMe for what was supposed to be ₺169.90, but I was immediately charged ₺179, which was already suspicious. Even more shocking, I later discovered that BetterMe continued to charge my credit card every month without my permission—₺350 in April, ₺420 in May, June, and July.
I never authorized a subscription. I never agreed to ongoing payments. And worst of all, I never even used the app after that initial test. Yet I’ve now been charged thousands of liras without any confirmation, notification, or approval.
This is completely unlawful and unacceptable. I demand a full refund of every unauthorized payment. If this issue isn’t resolved immediately, I will report BetterMe to the appropriate authorities and begin a formal legal process.
BetterMe, you cannot continue these shady billing practices. Cancel any active charges immediately and refund the money you took without consent. Stop exploiting users with hidden subscriptions and unauthorized renewals.
