BetterMe Charged Me ₺350 After Cancellation and I Can’t Log In to Stop It

Despite canceling my BetterMe subscription, ₺350 was withdrawn from my account today—completely without my permission. I tried logging into the app to check the subscription status, but I can’t even access my account. It won’t let me log in, and when I request a password reset email, nothing arrives.

I also checked my Google Play subscriptions, and there is no active subscription listed there either, which makes this charge even more suspicious. I’m left with no way to manage or stop this unauthorized billing from happening again.

This situation is unacceptable. I canceled the service, I’m not using the app, and yet I’m still being charged. I expect a full refund of the ₺350 and a clear explanation for how this happened.

BetterMe, respond immediately, refund the amount you charged without consent, and ensure that my account and personal data are fully removed from your system. This needs to be resolved now.
