BetOnline Locked My Account - No Explanation

Today tried to get into my BetOnline account and received a message stating my account is disabled. Not warning or explaining; just locked out. When I got in touch to help, all they stated was that my account is "under review." They merely reiterated the same line when I questioned why or how long it would take: that's typical; they cannot provide any specifics or chronology. Really? Someone's account can be frozen out of nowhere and you can just refuse to explain why or when it will be corrected. That sounds unacceptable. If this is indeed part of their policies, I would be curious to know precisely where it states you may permanently block accounts without providing consumers any justification. If you ask me, rather dark.
