I’ve been a member of Piabella Casino for some time and never had any issues—until now. Without warning or explanation, my account was suddenly blocked, and I’ve been unable to log in for the past two days. There has been zero communication about why this happened.

All I’ve been told is that my account is “under review” and that I might get access again, depending on the outcome. That’s it. No reason, no timeline, no transparency. I deserve to know why I was locked out, and I want a clear and honest update—not vague, robotic replies.
