For more than two years, I had been routinely depositing money without problems using Bet365. I never took a withdrawal till lately, until I at last won a sizeable sum. I was requested to confirm my identification by turning in my ID as soon as I tried to take back my gains, so I did right away. They blocked my account without giving any reason, not processing my withdrawal. I have no access to my money and my balance is frozen currently. Every time I get in touch with customer care, they say the problem is under evaluation but refuse to provide any precise updates or a resolution timetable. Based on my experience, this has been somewhat letdown; I would not advise utilising Bet365.
