I Can’t Withdraw ₺24,000 from My Bets10 Account After Security Hold Freezes Access
On the day before writing this, I deposited three amounts into my Bets10 account—₺5,000, ₺1,500, and ₺1,500—then played and won around ₺24,000. When I requested to withdraw my winnings, the request was suddenly canceled. Shortly afterward, both my deposit and withdrawal functions were blocked, and my account was frozen without any prior warning.
When I asked for an explanation, I was vaguely told it was due to a “security procedure.” No one asked for my ID or any supporting documents. Interestingly, a friend of mine who made a similar withdrawal on the same day had no issues at all. I contacted customer support via both live chat and email. The only response I received was that I should wait three business days—no resolution timeline or details were provided.
I find it deeply unfair that I could deposit money without any issue, but now that I want to withdraw my legitimate winnings, I'm being stonewalled. I demand that my account be reactivated immediately and that my ₺24,000 withdrawal be processed without further delay.
