I Deposited ₺1500 on Betnano and Didn’t Receive the Bonus I Was Promised

I recently registered on Betnano.com and deposited ₺1500 into my account. After making the deposit, I requested a bonus as advertised—but it was never granted. I reached out to support, and all they’ve done is refer me to their “rules,” without offering any real explanation or solution.

I followed the steps exactly as required and still received nothing. This is unacceptable. If you're going to promote bonuses, you need to honor them fairly—not hide behind vague policy language when it’s time to deliver.

If this issue isn’t resolved immediately, I want my account permanently deleted along with all my personal information. Betnano, take responsibility and fix this now. I’m asking for what I was promised—nothing more.
