Betnano Keeps Sending Fake Bonus SMS Offers That Require Extra Deposits

For the past week, I have been receiving repeated SMS messages from Betnano through different phone numbers, promising me a so-called “₺1000 no-wager bonus”. The messages specifically claim that the bonus has already been credited to my account. However, when I log into the site, there is no bonus available. Instead, I am told that I need to make a deposit first in order to unlock it.
I contacted customer service for clarification, and they confirmed the same thing: the bonus is not actually free but requires an additional deposit. This practice is misleading and manipulative, as it lures users onto the platform with promises that are never fulfilled.
I find it unacceptable that Betnano tries to attract players with false advertising and spam SMS campaigns. I demand that the promised bonus be credited to my account as advertised or, at the very least, that all of these unwanted and misleading SMS messages stop immediately.
Betnano must either honor the promotional offers they advertise or refrain from sending out deceptive messages altogether. I expect a prompt resolution to this issue.
