Betkanyon Reset My Balance to Zero After I Requested a Withdrawal
On the Betkanyon platform, I requested a withdrawal of $93 on January 4, 2026, but my withdrawal was not processed and my account balance was reset to zero. Before this process, I had deposited $16, and after playing, I reached a balance from which I requested a $93 withdrawal.
When I tried to withdraw my money, I was told that I needed to complete a $17 wagering (turnover) requirement, but this condition was only presented to me after I submitted the withdrawal request. Instead of allowing me to withdraw my funds or providing a clear explanation, my entire balance was suddenly wiped out.
I contacted live support, but the responses I received were uninterested, vague, and unhelpful, and no clear explanation was given as to why my balance was reset or why my withdrawal was blocked. I request that my $93 withdrawal be paid to me and that the unjust balance reset be properly investigated and corrected.
