BetKanyon Withdrawal Canceled Repeatedly - Not Paid Despite Rules

I’ve had an account on BetKanyon for over three years, and on 24.11.2025 I requested a 10,500 ₺ withdrawal after completing the full rollover with my own 7,500 ₺ deposit. I didn’t take any bonuses and followed every rule. My balance first dropped to 1,000 ₺, then increased to 18,500 ₺, so I withdrew 10,500 ₺ and played the rest by choice. However, my withdrawal was canceled with the excuse that I had previously withdrawn to Papara and was now using a different IBAN, which I feel is just an excuse. Since 23.11.2025 at 20:00, every withdrawal request has been canceled the same way. I used the “Call Me” button many times, but more than 24 hours passed with no response. I can’t reach a real representative by phone or live support. I’ve earned this 10,500 ₺ legitimately, and I want it paid to me without further delays or excuses. I also request a clear written explanation for these repeated cancellations.

If you request a withdrawal to an account other than the IBAN registered in the system, the system will automatically evaluate your request negatively.
