Betandyou Payment Marked as Completed, Yet Funds Are Missing
On 25.12.2024, I requested a withdrawal of 9,000₺ from my Betandyou account, split into three transactions of 3,000₺ each. While 6,000₺ was successfully transferred to my bank account, the final 3,000₺ remains unaccounted for. The transaction is marked as "completed" on the Betandyou platform, but the funds never arrived in my bank account, and they are no longer in my Betandyou balance.
I contacted live support multiple times, but their response is consistently, "Your withdrawal has been completed." Despite providing proof such as my bank statements and related documents, I am still at a 3,000₺ loss. I trusted this site, but this issue has shaken my confidence. I demand an immediate resolution and a refund of my missing funds.
