I deposited money into Betandyou, played responsibly, and ended up winning ₺15,000. When I tried to withdraw my winnings, I was told there was already an account registered with the same phone number I used. They requested documentation and asked me to initiate a “merge” process for the accounts. I submitted all the requested documents via email, exactly as instructed.
Since then, I’ve received no response. I kept playing and continued to win, but they still refused to process any withdrawals. Today, without any clear reason, live support told me that “the betting company has the right to reject bets without explanation” and then permanently closed my account. That’s all the explanation I got for freezing ₺15,000 of my winnings.
This is completely unacceptable. I fulfilled all of their verification steps and played fairly, yet they shut me out without resolving anything. If Betandyou claims to be a legitimate platform, they must act like one—by honoring their users' winnings and offering transparency, not silence and vague excuses.
I demand that Betandyou reactivates my account and processes my full ₺15,000 withdrawal immediately. Ignoring users and hiding behind vague policies is not how a trustworthy platform operates. Do the right thing.
