My Schär Order Delivered with Moldy Pan Multigrano Bread





On October 27, 2025, I purchased various products from the Schär Store’s official website with order number 76137. My order was delivered to my address in İzmir on November 4, 2025. When I opened the package, I saw that one of the Pan Multigrano bread packs was completely moldy. This was especially upsetting because I was trying to shop safely for my son, who has celiac disease.
I had previously submitted a complaint regarding the shipping process, and I still haven’t received any response from customer service about this product issue. The other items were fine; only one pack of Pan Multigrano bread arrived moldy.
To resolve this issue, I request that a new replacement pack be sent for the moldy product. I also expect more care regarding the freshness and safety of these items.
