My Schär Gluten-Free Bread Order Arrived Undercooked



I bought a gluten-free bread product from the Schär brand, but it arrived undercooked. I don’t remember exactly when or where I purchased it, and I no longer have the packaging information because I threw it away. This is the first time I’ve encountered such an issue, and the product cost around $2.
I have not contacted Schär customer service about this before. I am requesting either a product replacement or a refund. I kindly ask for your assistance regarding this issue.
