IKEA Mirrored Cabinet Delivered Broken - Store Refusing Replacement



The product I purchased from the IKEA store on October 19, 2025 arrived broken. We took a video while unpacking the product. Despite having clear evidence, the store does not accept returns and refuses to take responsibility. The damage was visible the moment the box was opened, showing that the issue occurred before delivery. I request that the product be replaced. Although the product has a mirrored cabinet door, it was sent without protection, which makes the situation even more concerning.
