Schär Official Store Shipping Delay Complaint

On November 12, 2025, I purchased various bread products from Schär’s online store with order number 76523. The delivery address is Beyoğlu, Istanbul. I paid $36 using my bank card. However, even after a full week, my breads are still marked as “being prepared,” and nothing has been delivered to me.
When I order the same brand’s products from other websites, I receive them very quickly, yet buying directly from the official store has been a complete disappointment. I couldn’t get any clear information about why my order is delayed. After I sent an email through the online store, they only asked for my order number and never followed up.
This is my first time shopping from your official website, and the experience has been very frustrating. I request that my order be prepared and shipped immediately, and that an appropriate solution be offered to compensate for the inconvenience caused.
