On October 10, 2025, I placed an order through Schär’s official online store as part of their “Buy 1 Get 1 Free” promotion. I ordered 5 packs of gluten-free pasta and paid a total of $22 (Order No: #75861). According to the promotion, I should have received 5 additional packs for free. However, the package I received today contained only the 5 items I paid for — none of the promotional free products were included.
When placing my order, I checked that the promotion was valid and that the items were in stock. I couldn’t access the invoice, and only the email confirmation with the order details is available. I also emailed Schär about the issue, but I am submitting my complaint here as well to have this resolved.
I kindly request that the missing promotional items be shipped to me as soon as possible.
