I Can’t Reaccess My Best Wallet After Deleting for Update

I deleted the Best Wallet app to reinstall it after an update, but now I can’t log back into my account. The app no longer accepts my email address—even though it’s the exact one I used when I first registered and accessed my wallet.
I’ve tried everything, including replying to the official support email, but I haven’t received any response. This is incredibly frustrating, especially considering I have assets (₺) stored in the wallet that I can no longer reach.
I urgently need help recovering my account. Best Wallet, please provide a clear way for users to restore access after reinstalling the app. I just want to access my funds again. Please respond and resolve this issue as soon as possible.
