I Lost My Presale Coins on Best Wallet After Update

After the recent update, all the coins I purchased during the presale on Best Wallet have disappeared. When I log into the app, it takes me to an empty wallet instead of my original one. I’m using the exact same email address I used during the presale, yet none of my assets are showing up.
I've tried reaching out to customer service multiple times, but no one has responded. There’s no one I can contact directly, and I’m starting to feel completely ignored. I trusted this platform and invested my money (₺), and now I have nothing to show for it.
Best Wallet, I demand immediate action. Recover my original wallet and return my presale coins. Users deserve support, especially when their funds are at stake.
