I Can’t Access My Best Wallet Account After Update

After a recent update, I’ve been completely locked out of my Best Wallet account. Every time I open the app, it skips the login screen and redirects me to create a new account instead. But even when I try to proceed, no verification email is sent to my inbox.

This is not just a minor glitch—it's been over a month now, and I still have no access to my wallet. I had crypto assets from a presale stored in that account, and now I can’t reach any of them. I waited, hoping the issue would be fixed in a future update, but nothing has changed.

Best Wallet, I need urgent assistance. Restore account access immediately or at least provide a reliable way to recover user accounts after updates. I want my assets (₺) back and access to what I rightfully own.
