I Lost Access to My Tokens on Best Wallet After It Erased My Wallet Addresses

While trying to log into my Best Wallet account, the app suddenly asked for my email address again and all of my saved wallet addresses disappeared. After that, I completely lost access to my tokens. When I finally managed to enter my account, none of my tokens were visible anymore—as if my wallet had been wiped clean.
I’ve tried everything to recover my original wallet or reach support, but there’s no way to speak to a real customer representative. The app offers no proper support system, and I haven’t received any follow-up or help with recovering my lost assets. This is incredibly alarming.
