I can’t log back into my Best Wallet account. When I tried, it asked for email verification, and after verifying, I was able to log in—but my entire balance was gone.

I then logged out and tried again, but this time, the system completely rejected my login. I even reinstalled the app, but nothing worked. I can no longer access my account or funds.

It’s unbelievable that a financial platform could just wipe out users' money like this. There is no proper support center to contact, and I have nowhere to report my issue.

Best Wallet, fix this immediately! If anyone knows how to recover funds or access their account, please share a solution. I need my money back!

It’s not just about the money—we invested our time, put our trust into this, and now we’ve had to buy the same crypto elsewhere for a higher price. This situation is completely irreversible. Just restore the original wallets and fix this properly.
