Best Wallet Wiped My Tokens & ETH After 2FA

I participated in a pre-sale on Best Wallet, and my tokens were visible in my wallet. I was about to set up 2FA verification, but suddenly, everything disappeared.

Now, my tokens are completely gone, and even the ETH I had sitting in my wallet has vanished. I have no idea what happened, and I can't see any transaction history explaining where my funds went.

Best Wallet, fix this issue immediately! My funds should not just disappear after enabling basic security features. If anyone has faced a similar issue or knows how to recover missing funds, please share.
