Best Wallet Pre-Sale Crypto Missing – Shows Zero Balance
I purchased cryptocurrencies during a pre-sale on Best Wallet, but now my balance is showing zero. The system seems to have logged me out automatically, and when I try to log back in, it creates a new wallet instead of restoring my existing one. The new wallet also shows no funds.
I have no idea what caused this issue, and I cannot find a solution. Where are my pre-sale tokens? I need a clear explanation and a fix for this problem immediately.
